 Facilities
Having been on several holidays in France, the English owners, Rob & Sue Keene, have tried to provide all the essential furnishings and equipment that they feel are necessary for an enjoyable holiday.
An English family, who also speak French, live nearby, taking care of the property and pool and are always available to give advice and assistance if necessary.
During the winter of 2005/6 the first floor was opened up.
This provides extra bedrooms and bathrooms suiting two families.
The farmhouse accommodation is now on two floors and comprises a main double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor, and now a double and twin on the first floor.The main bedroom |

There is a large bathroom with a shower in the bath and a seperate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a new bathroom with a shower and toilet.New twin room |

A large American style fridge and dishwasher also make for a
hassle free holiday. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen. For entertainment, a DVD and video player are available as well as a quality Bose CD player for listening to your favourite music. A selection of videos and CD's are available but we suggest that guests bring their own favourites.
A westerly facing terrace is attached to the home which lends itself to sundowners and evening BBQ's. A solid multi level BBQ is situated on this terrace for these occasions. There is also a large outdoor table and millions of plastic chairs!
There are 8 sunbeds for use in the pool area as well as a variety of pool toys.

En plus le salon de séjour possède un lit double gigogne.
Il y a une grande salle de bain avec douche au-dessus du bain et une toilette séparée.
La deuxieme etage il y a une salle de bain avec une douche et toilette entre les deux chambres.
La cuisine est très bien équipée ayant tous ce que douze personnes en besoin pour manger en famille. Il y a une grande plaque au gaz et four ainsi une micro-onde.
Vous appréciez aussi un grand réfrigérateur américain et un lave-vaisselle – plus de temps pour s’amuser! Un lave-linge et un -sèche–linge se trouvent dans la buanderie à côté de la cuisine. Pour s’amuser on trouve une DVD et un magnétoscope ainsi qu’un CD pour écouter la musique. Vidéos et CDs sont disponibles mais nous vous proposons apporter vos propres favoris.
La maison bénéfice d’une terrasse face à l’ouest - les soirées de BBQ, les journées de se bronzer sur le soleil - étagère vous attendent. La terrasse bénéfice d’un BBQ fixé avec plusieurs niveaux.
